(c) you do not damage or take advantage ofour reputation, including in a manner that is illegal, unfair, misleading ordeceptive; and

Conductwe don’t accept

You must not do or attempt to do anything that is unlawful,which is prohibited by applicable law, which we would consider inappropriate orwhich might bring us or the Site into disrepute. This includes:

(a) anything thatwould constitute a breach of an individual’s privacy (including uploadingprivate or personal information without an individual's consent) or any otherlegal rights;

(b) using the Site todefame, harass, threaten, menace or offend any person;

(d) interfering withany user of the Site;

Licence to UseUser Content: By uploading or posting User Contenton this Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free,sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, display,and perform the User Content in connection with the Site and our (and oursuccessors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation forpromoting and redistributing part or all of the Site (and derivative worksthereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

UserResponsibilities: You are solely responsible for yourUser Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You confirm thatyou own or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions topublish the User Content you submit.

Removal Rights:We reserve the right to edit or remove any User Content at any time withoutprior notice, for any reason, and without liability to you or any other party.This can include User Content that we believe violates these Terms or ourpolicies, or which we find otherwise objectionable or inappropriate.

No Obligation toPublish: We are not obligated to publish any User Contenton our Site and can remove it in our discretion, without notice.

Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusivejurisdiction of the courts operating in New South Wales and any courts entitledto hear appeals from those courts and waives any right to object to proceedingsbeing brought in those courts.
